Boil the egg. Grind all items under (2) to get a fine paste. Cut the egg into two pieces. Pack each part of egg with the mixture uniformly. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Fry the vada in the boiling oil and take out.
Add salt to the mutton, boil and mince. Add mustard seeds in a pan and heat. When the seeds crack add green chilly, ginger, and curry leaves --- all cut into small pieces ---- and roast them. Add masala powder, stir well and take out of the stove. Cooked and smashed potato, minced mutton, roasted ingredients ----- all these mix well and make small balls with the mixture. Press the ball on your palm, dip in whipped egg and roll over bread crumb and fry them in boiling oil and take out.
Make a thick solution of gram flour in water. Add salt also. Cut the chilly vertically into two pieces without breaking. Dip the pieces in the gram flour solution, fry them in boiling oil and take out.
mix together maida, turmeric, cumin, sugar and water to make a thick batter with a dropping consistency. Mix well, till all lumps are gone. If too thick, add more water. If loose, add more maida. Adjust turmeric(for color) and sugar(for sweetness). Slice the bananas vertically into thin pieces. If the bananas are very big, u can cut it into 2 pieces first and then cut it length wise to make thin slices. Dip the slices of banana in the batter and coat it very well with the batter. Heat oil in a deep-fry pan. Put the slices and fry both sides, till Pazham Pori(Fried banana) is fried well. Keep Pazham Pori (Fried banana) on kitchen tissue paper to remove excess oil. Serve Pazham Pori (Fried banana) hot.
Rub butter or ghee into the flour until the mixture becomes crumbly. Mix in the ajwain and salt, then add sufficient water to make a firm but pliable dough. Leave for 30 minutes, covered with a damp cloth. Prepare the filing. Saute the cumin seeds in the oil until they crackle, add remaining ingredients and saute for 1 minute. Leave to cool. Roll out the pastry thinly, then cut into 3-inch circles. Cut each circle in half. Put a spoonful of filling on one semi circle of pastry and roll over the top, pressing the edges firmly to seal. Heat oil and deep fry the Samosas until golden brown.
Cook the cleaned beef with number 2 ingredients. Once it is cooled mince the meat using a food processor/chopper etc. Saute onion till it becomes soft.Add chopped ginger, green chillies and curry leaves.Add minced meat. Mix well. Add meat/garam masala. Saute the minced meat till it becomes dry. Allow the mixture to cool. Once it is cooled add mashed potatoes & mix well. Make small balls with the mixture & roll into desired shapes. Beat the egg white. Dip each cutlet in egg white & roll with bread crumbs. Deep fry in oil. Serve hot with tomato sauce and salad.
