Add water to coco powder and heat. Heating may be stopped when the coco melts and changes into custard. Melt sugar in a pan and add coconut crunches into the melted sugar. Heat gently and remove all water content. Add milk powder, biscuit pieces, cashew nut, milk chocolate, and the custard (melted coco already made) into that and mix well. Get the mixture rolled in an aluminium foil and keep at a suitable place in the fridge where it is not too cold. When it is solidified, take out and cut into round shaped pieces.
Mix butter and powdered sugar together and paste the mixture at the bottom of a vessel. Mix together yellow part of egg and maida in that vessel. Add powdered badam into that and stir well. Spread the mixture on a board and cut in desired shapes. Wipe a tray with ghee and spread the biscuit pieces on that tray. Whip the white part of egg and apply that slightly on the pieces and then bake the biscuits.
Oil a ring mould. Line with bread crumbs. Warm the syrup with butter, till they mix. Stir it with a wooden spoon. Cool. Sift all dry ingredients together . (Flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa). Add the warmed liquid, with the dissolved sodabicarb and the vanilla. Fold in with a metal spoon. Transfer to the mould. Bake at 375 degree F for 30-35 minutes.
Pour the sugar and water in a pan.. Heat till the sugar dissolves completely. Lower the heat and pour in the oil. Let the mixture gently bubble. Add the gram flour and cook, stirring occasionally. After approx. 5 - 7 minutes, the mixture begins to rise and leaves the sides of the unit. Remove from heat and immediately pour into a suitable greased rectangular tray. Cool for about 2 mins. And cut into squares. Serve cool for malayalees
Note : Melted ghee can be used to enrich flour instead of oil.
Sieve together the all purpose flour (maida) and cocoa powder into a bowl. Melt the butter in the microwave. Beat the eggs in a bowl using a hand blender until it becomes very creamy and frothy. Mix together all the wet ingredients (melted butter, sugar, vanilla essence) along with the beaten eggs. Finally fold in the dry ingredients (flour + cocoa) with the wet ingredients. Mix everything nicely with a wooden spoon until you get a smooth batter. Grease a cake pan with butter and dust some flour and cocoa powder on it and keep it ready. Pour the cake batter into the pan and bake it in a oven preheated to 350 degree F (180 C) for ablut 40-45 minutes. Check if the cake is done by inserting a toothpick in the middle of the cake. It should come out clean. Switch off the oven and cool the cake before applying the syrup and frosting.
For the syrup :
Beat the whipping cream with enough sugar and vanilla essence until a nice fluffy frosting is ready. (You could also use frozen whipped cream.)
Cut the top to make it flat before applying the frosting. Cut the cake laterally into 3 equal circles. Take all the 3 pieces and pierce it with a fork at random places. This will help the syrup to penetrate into the cake. Add few spoonfuls of the syrup on each cake piece and let the cake absorb it. This step is very very important to make the cake moist and delicious. Take a cake stand or serving dish and place one piece of cake. Apply a generous amount of frosting and top it with chopped cherries, chocolate shavings and chocolate rice. Place the second piece of cake on top and apply the frosting and toppings. op it with the 3rd slice of cake. Apple the remaining frosting on top of the cake and on all the sides. Sprinkle chocolate shavings (grated chocolate bar) and chocolate rice on top and all around the cake. Top the cake with cherries. Yummy black forest cake is ready.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together applesauce and honey. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, cocoa powder, stevia, whey powder,bananas, and flax seed. Shape the mixture into 8 walnut-size balls, and place them in a container lined with parchment to separate the layers. Freeze for 2 hours minimum before serving.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray tins with non-stick cooking spray or line 12 muffin tins. Place all of the ingredients, including bananas in a blender or food processor, and blend until oats are smooth. Divide batter among cupcake tins, and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
